Terms of Service

These terms apply to keyll.cloud and to Keyll, the service at app.keyll.cloud, both run by K3S Studio. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the cloud and AI accounts you connect. Only connect accounts you are allowed to manage.

What Keyll does, and what it doesn't

Keyll watches the usage of API keys through a watcher you install in your own cloud project or on your own server. It alerts you when a key's usage looks abused and, once you turn blocking on where the watcher runs, it can block that key and restore it on request. Detection is based on patterns and can miss abuse or flag normal use. A block can stop an app that depends on the key: the watcher starts in dry run, warns you before a block, and lets you protect keys that must never be blocked. You decide whether to turn blocking on.

The watcher holds the credentials it needs, and Keyll never receives your API keys. You are responsible for the credentials you give the watcher, for keeping it running, and for removing it with its uninstall script when you stop using Keyll.

Price and billing

Keyll has one plan at $15 a month. Billing isn't switched on yet, so nothing is charged today. Before we charge anyone for the first time, we will email you the price and the date, and you can leave before that date without paying anything.

Launch offer

  • The first 100 accounts whose email address is confirmed get the $15 plan free for 6 months, counted from the day the account was created.
  • The order is the order in which addresses are confirmed. A sign-in with GitHub or Google counts as confirmed when the provider has verified the address. Accounts created before the offer started are not part of it.
  • One offer per person and per workspace. Several accounts for one person, including with aliases of one address, get one offer between them.
  • The offer has no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or combined with other offers.
  • When the 6 months end, the normal price of $15 a month applies. We will tell you before any charge, and you can cancel before it without paying.
  • keyll.cloud shows how many spots are left. Once they are gone, the offer ends.
  • We may withdraw the offer from an account that breaks these terms, for example by creating accounts to take extra spots.

No insurance or guarantee of outcome

Keyll is a monitoring tool. It is not insurance, and nothing on this site or in the service promises to pay, refund, or cover any cloud or AI bill. Dispute help means we help you prepare evidence and a refund claim. Whether a provider grants a refund is entirely the provider's decision. You remain responsible for your own accounts, API keys, and bills.

The free key check

The repo scan and the limits checklist on keyll.cloud/audit are provided as is. The scan only reads public repositories. You are responsible for any changes you make to your keys based on what they show.

Third-party information

The bills and incidents on keyll.cloud come from public reporting, linked next to each one. We are not affiliated with Google, Amazon, Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Resend, Cloudflare, or any other provider named on the site. Their names are used only to identify their services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the sites or the service, interfere with their operation, submit unlawful content, connect accounts you are not allowed to manage, or try to access systems or information without permission. We may suspend an account that does.

Intellectual property

The Keyll name, logo, site design, service and original content belong to K3S Studio or its licensors. The watcher is provided under its own license, in its repository. These terms do not give you a licence to copy or redistribute the site, the service or the brand.

Ending your account

You can stop using Keyll at any time: remove the watcher with its uninstall script, then ask us to delete your account through the K3S Studio contact page. We may end the service for everyone with reasonable notice, and we will tell you by email first.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, or removes rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law. To the extent the law allows, K3S Studio is not responsible for indirect loss, for usage or bills Keyll did not detect or block, or for an app that stopped working because a key was blocked under the settings you chose.

Changes

We may update these terms. For a change that matters to you, we will email you before it applies. The date above shows the latest revision.
